Littlediaperidol - Modeling Show Pull-Up Accident

A young girl with reddish-brown hair tied in a ponytail, wearing a black top and bright pink leggings, walks outside toward a building. She carries a teddy bear and appears to be heading inside after being out for a modeling show. As she climbs the stairs, her pink leggings reveal that she is wearing a patterned pull-up underneath. Upon reaching the house, it is revealed that she had an accident because she chose to wear a pull-up instead of a diaper. Her mother notices how soiled and noticeable the pull-up is through her tight clothing. The scene ends with her mother preparing to change her after the girl admits she was trying to avoid accidents but failed.
